Welcome to Bonanza Steaks & More Konstanz

After a stay in South Africa (Restaurant Aubergine, Cape Town), Mozambique (Hotel and Restaurant Terminus) and Ethiopia (Hotel and Restaurant Beergarden Inn, also check on the ZDF TV Documentation “Reife Leistung” from Ulli Rothaus) we thought it is time to go back to the roots, in this case Konstanz, at the beautiful lake of constance.

In our house we serve Steaks of best quality, grilled to perfection, and also all traditional german dishes, like “Zwiebelrostbraten, calf´s lifer, homemade “Spätzle” known as the swabian pasta.

We are everyday open  up from 4  a.m.

We only use fresh products, most of them from our area, all sauces are homemade, without any preservatives or artificial colors. Therefore we request your understanding if one dish might be already sold out.

If you have any special wishes or change requests please go in contact with one of our waiters, they will help you to get exactly what you want if possible.

Our Restaurant is divided in a smoking (approx. 20 seats and bar) and a nonsmoking area (approx. 60 seats). There is also the possibility for functions up to 85 persons, ask for our menu suggestions our talk to our service staff, they will help you. Or take the possibility of our catering service and just relax on your own party.
